Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the mVPN app and related services.
1) Acceptance
By creating an account or using mVPN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2) The Service
mVPN provides a VPN connection using WireGuard technology. The service may change over time, and availability can vary by location and network conditions.
3) Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
4) Device Policy (Up to Two Active Profiles)
To prevent abuse, mVPN currently allows up to two active manual profiles per account. Each profile is a separate WireGuard peer for a supported non-iOS device; revoking a profile stops its old config from connecting.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to use mVPN to:
- Engage in illegal activity or infringe intellectual property rights.
- Distribute malware, run botnets, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Attack, disrupt, or overload networks or services (DDoS, scanning, abuse).
- Resell access unless explicitly authorized in writing.
6) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, threatens security, or causes harm to the service or others.
7) Billing
mVPN iOS build 14 includes a complimentary daily data allowance and offers no App Store purchases or subscriptions. Optional prepaid data packs sold separately on the public website are processed by Stripe and apply only to manual WireGuard profiles on supported non-iOS platforms; they do not purchase, unlock, or extend access in the native iOS app.
8) Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or that the service will meet all your requirements.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mVPN and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits.
10) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
