How to connect with mVPN
- Install the official WireGuard app for your device.
- Open your mVPN account and create a VPN profile for that device.
- Import the profile using Download .conf, Show QR, or Copy config.
- Turn the WireGuard tunnel on inside the app.
On iPhone in Safari, use Download .conf to save the profile or Share .conf to send it into WireGuard. If you are importing on another device, open the QR in mVPN and scan it from the WireGuard app.
1) I can’t connect
- Make sure you are signed in.
- Try re-issuing the VPN configuration (the app may rotate keys).
- Check that your network allows UDP traffic.
2) Why does another device get disconnected?
mVPN currently allows one active device per account. When you connect from a new device, the previous device may be logged out and its VPN keys revoked.
3) What to include in a support email
- Your account email
- Approximate time of the issue
- Your location and network type (Wi-Fi / cellular)
- If possible: screenshot of the error
