1) I can’t connect

  • Make sure you are signed in.
  • Try re-issuing the VPN configuration (the app may rotate keys).
  • Check that your network allows UDP traffic.

2) Why does another device get disconnected?

mVPN currently allows one active device per account. When you connect from a new device, the previous device may be logged out and its VPN keys revoked.

3) What to include in a support email

  • Your account email
  • Approximate time of the issue
  • Your location and network type (Wi-Fi / cellular)
  • If possible: screenshot of the error
